Where do you serve?
Phoenix metro. West Valley base, metro-wide service. If you are in the 623 or surrounding, we are coming to you. That includes Phoenix, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Sun City, El Mirage, and Waddell.
How does pricing work?
Every job is priced custom to the space, the clutter, and what you actually want done. We do not publish menus because no two garages are the same. Send a photo or book a walkthrough and we come back with a real number. Try the ballpark estimator for a rough idea.
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes. A 3-hour minimum on any job. That covers drive, setup, and the real work of making a space usable.
How fast can you get here?
Same-week scheduling is standard. Rush jobs within 48 hours are often possible. Ask and we will work it out.
Do you handle donation and dump runs?
Yes. We handle haul-away, donation drop-offs, and dump fees. Truck rentals and dump fees are passed through at actual cost, never marked up.
Can you help with an estate or transition?
Yes, and we treat it with the care it deserves. Our estate and transition support is slower, more respectful, and built around the family's needs, not a stopwatch.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Many clients meet us for a walkthrough, then leave us to work. We send progress photos if you want them.
What about heirlooms and documents?
Nothing gets discarded without your sign-off. For sensitive jobs we slow down and do a dedicated heirloom and document recovery pass before anything leaves the space.
